The CAES Web Team will be transitioning from our current website statistics, quality assurance, and web accessibility checking service, called SiteImprove, to a new service provided by DubBot on October 31, 2024. The website reports provided by DubBot will be different from the ones you currently receive, and we wanted to let you know what to expect.
Here are the key details of this change:
- Quality Assurance (QA) and Web Accessibility: The DubBot service is designed to enhance website quality and accessibility. You will continue to receive monthly QA reports with added accessibility issue reporting. Reports will be delivered from DubBot <no-reply@dubbot.com>. During the first months of 2025, we will train you to log in to the DubBot platform to review full details and trends.
- Website Statistics: We will no longer be sending separate website statistics reports. Instead, you’ll be able to view website traffic by logging into the DubBot system, where you can view page view statistics. And if you need custom reports, we’ll be glad to help.
- Timeline: We are still setting up the DubBot service and expect to be finished no later than January. In the interim, if you need monthly or annual statistics for your website or any other help, please contact us at caesweb@uga.edu.
