How to give OIT access to your MailChimp account

Upon request, CAES OIT can help you set up your MailChimp newsletter, add a subscription form to your site, and help troubleshoot other problems. In order for us to help, we’ll need access to your account. Here’s how:

  1. First, email us at caesweb@uga.edu and let us know you’d like help with MailChimp.
  2. We’ll send you a formatted MailChimp email that will ask your approval for us to manage your site. Once you approve, we’ll be all set!
