OIT help desks are staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of UGA holidays.
OIT Service Desk
The OIT Service Desk is the central point of contact for computing and web services for the faculty and staff with the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
This includes, but is not limited to, computer/peripheral install, software installation, computer reimaging, malware removal, email, network and web-related issues.

Off-Campus Regional Support Areas
Technical support is provided for most UGA Extension offices and Research and Education Centers by OIT technicians assigned to specific geographic regions within the state. Help desk operations for off-campus regional locations are directed by Travis Zetterower.
